Full job description

Killearn Health Centre is based 25mins from Milngavie and Bearsden. 30mins from Stirling, 45 mins from Glasgow city Centre and 40mins from Port Glasgow.

``Duties``

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and emailing.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Maintain organized and tidy reception area

```Requirements```

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proficient in office procedures and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills to manage office tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry

_ Experience in Audio Typing is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

- Experience in GP Practice is preferred but not essential as training will be provided

Pay: From £14.74 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
