Full job description

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant to support our Directors while acting as the first point of contact for our group of 14 community pharmacies plus our delivery drivers.

You will be based at our head office - Shaunak House, Netham Road, Bristol, BS5 9PQ

Key Responsibilities Personal Assistant to Directors:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and meeting schedules
send emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate
Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion
Act as the first point of contact for all 14 pharmacy stores
Respond to and direct telephone calls, emails, and operational enquiries
Liaise with pharmacy managers and head office to ensure efficient communication
Coordinate the flow of information between stores and Directors
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure enquiries are dealt with promptly
Support the implementation of company policies and operational procedures
Help maintain accurate records and documentation across the pharmacy group

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritise competing demands and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Desirable

Experience working within healthcare, pharmacy, or a multi-site business.
Experience coordinating multiple teams or locations.
Knowledge of NHS or pharmacy operations (desirable but not essential).

Pay: £27,040.00 per year
