Do you enjoy supporting students and colleagues while keeping complex processes running smoothly?

We are seeking to appoint a Programme Admin Administrator (part-time) to join our team providing comprehensive administrative support across taught programmes, contributing to the effective delivery of academic provision and a positive student experience.

Acting as a key point of contact, you will respond to a range of student and staff enquiries, ensuring a professional and responsive student-focused service. You'll have experience working in an administrative, customer-facing role and be comfortable managing a varied workload in a busy environment with an eye for detail and a willingness to work flexibly across the team.

As Programme Admin Administrator you can expect to be involved in:

Supporting programme administration activities, including timetabling, examinations
Providing administrative support to Boards of Examiners and other committees, including minute taking
Maintaining accurate records and data in line with University policies and procedures
Liaising with colleagues across the University to help resolve student admin issues

What you will bring to the role:

Experience of working in an administrative role with customer interaction
Good IT skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
