About the Role
As part of the Dentaprime team, you will work within a structured, multidisciplinary clinical environment focused on complex patient cases and life-changing treatment outcomes.
Our clinicians are involved in advanced treatment pathways including:
- Full-mouth rehabilitation
- Immediate loading implantology
- Implant-supported restorations
- Complex prosthetic planning
- Oral surgery
- Digital treatment planning
- Advanced restorative dentistry
- Multidisciplinary patient care

Who We Are Looking For
We are recruiting both:
Prosthetic Dentists
Dentists with an interest in or experience of restorative dentistry, prosthetics, full-mouth rehabilitation, implant-supported restorations, digital workflows and complex treatment planning.
Surgical Dentists
Dentists with an interest in or experience of oral surgery, implant placement, immediate loading protocols, surgical planning and advanced implant dentistry.
You do not need to already be fully trained in every aspect of our work. We provide a structured pathway designed to develop dentists within the Dentaprime clinical system.
What we are looking for is commitment, discipline, clinical curiosity and a genuine desire to grow.
Mandatory 3-Month Training Programme at Our Flagship Clinic and Academy
Every dentist joining Dentaprime completes a mandatory three-month training programme at our flagship clinic and academy in Varna, Bulgaria, located by the Black Sea.
This programme is central to how we maintain consistency, quality and excellence across our clinical teams. It ensures that every dentist, regardless of experience, understands and works within the same Dentaprime protocols, treatment philosophy, patient journey and clinical standards.
During the programme, you will train in a high-volume, advanced clinical environment focused on full-mouth rehabilitation, implant dentistry, prosthetic workflows and surgical protocols.

After successful completion of the training programme, dentists move into their permanent role with their normal salary package, bonus structure and ongoing development plan.
Dentaprime’s Investment in You
Dentaprime makes a significant investment in every dentist who joins us. Our mandatory three-month training programme represents an investment of approximately £30,000 per dentist by Dentaprime.
This is fully funded by Dentaprime and reflects our commitment to developing clinicians who want to build a long-term career with us.
This investment includes your full-time training salary, flights, accommodation, travel support, clinical education, mentoring, patient access, materials and use of advanced digital technology throughout the programme.
During this time, you will develop your skills in full-mouth rehabilitation, prosthetics, oral surgery, implant dentistry, advanced restorative techniques, complex treatment planning and modern digital workflows, while learning Dentaprime’s clinical protocols, standards and patient care approach.
