The Role
We're looking for an exceptionally organised Logistics & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of all shipping and distribution across the business. This is a critical role that ensures every garment and material reaches its destination safely, efficiently and cost-effectively while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Logistics
- Manage all domestic and international shipments across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, production, press and gifting.
- Coordinate the shipment of finished garments, raw materials, trims, production samples, prototypes and marketing collateral.
- Book courier and freight services, comparing providers to secure the best combination of price, speed and reliability.
- Prepare all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, customs paperwork and export documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with UK, EU and international import and export requirements.
- Monitor every shipment from dispatch to delivery, proactively resolving delays, customs issues and carrier queries.
- Ensure all parcels are fully tracked and investigated immediately if any issues arise.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and delivery confirmations.
- Liaise daily with courier companies, freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses.
- Continuously review shipping costs and recommend improvements to reduce expenditure while maintaining excellent service levels.
Customs & International Trade
- Manage import and export procedures for shipments worldwide.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customs procedures, duties, tariffs and shipping documentation, particularly for the UK, EU and US.
- Ensure all customs declarations and commercial documentation are accurate and compliant.
- Stay up to date with changes to international shipping regulations and advise the team where necessary.
Wholesale Operations
- Coordinate deliveries to wholesale partners worldwide.
- Ensure customer routing guides and shipping requirements are followed.
- Prepare shipping schedules to meet customer delivery windows.
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritise urgent deliveries.
Direct-to-Consumer Fulfilment
- Coordinate dispatch of online customer orders.
- Ensure customers receive excellent service through accurate and timely deliveries.
- Resolve delivery queries, returns and exchanges efficiently.
Inventory & Materials Management
- Manage the storage and movement of fabrics, trims and other raw materials between external storage facilities, manufacturers and our London studio.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries of raw materials.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory management to ensure accurate records across the business.
Operational Support
- Maintain organised operational records and documentation.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Provide general administrative and operational support across the business as required.
About You

You are proactive, calm under pressure and enjoy solving practical problems. You are equally comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with suppliers and couriers, and supporting colleagues across the business.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping or operations, ideally within fashion, retail or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures and import/export documentation, particularly for the UK, EU and US.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A methodical approach with a commitment to accuracy and following processes.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers, couriers, warehouses and customers.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to negotiate competitive shipping rates.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
Desirable
- Experience using DHL, UPS, FedEx and freight forwarding platforms.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, tariff classifications and customs compliance.
- Experience using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working within a luxury fashion brand or manufacturing environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Every shipment arrives on time, in full and with complete visibility throughout its journey.
- Shipping costs are continually reviewed and optimised.
- Lost or delayed shipments are exceptionally rare and resolved quickly.
- Raw materials and finished goods move efficiently between suppliers, manufacturers, storage and the studio.
- Wholesale deliveries consistently meet customer deadlines.
- Customers receive a seamless delivery experience.
- Internal operations run efficiently because logistics, inventory and material movements are organised, proactive and dependable.
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
