The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team in Mansfield.

As the operational heartbeat of our office, you will keep our daily processes running like clockwork. You will be the vital link between our customers and our technical teams, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and every customer feels valued.

Your Key Responsibilities

Customer First Contact: Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a warm, professional manner.
Lead Management: Book incoming online/calls for appointments
Data & Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our CRM system and assist with data entry.
Office Coordination: Manage and organise vital digital documents, files, and calendars.
Team Support: Deliver general administrative magic to support various departments as we scale.

What We Are Looking For

If you have a passion for organisation and love dealing with people, you’ll fit right in.

The Ideal Candidate:

Superb Communicator: Excellent phone etiquette and a natural knack for customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, emails, and CRM systems.
Organised Multitasker: Strong clerical skills with a sharp eye for detail and data accuracy.
Team Player: Happy to work independently but loves collaborating with a tight-knit crew.

Bonus Points: Previous experience or knowledge in the Renewables or Solar/heating industry is a massive plus! However, if you have the right attitude and great transferable admin skills, please apply - we provide full, supportive training from day one.
