Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Line Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As a vital member of our kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Your expertise in food production, fine dining, and kitchen management will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are upheld in line with fine dining expectations
Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment
Oversee food preparation processes during shifts, ensuring timely delivery of dishes to meet service demands
Support catering and banquet functions by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with banquet or catering experience
Demonstrated leadership skills with prior supervising or team management experience in a kitchen environment
Strong background in food handling, safety procedures, and inventory management
Knowledge of menu planning, food service management, and kitchen operations
Ability to manage shift schedules effectively and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
