Full job description

We are looking for staff to join The Keekle who is enthusiastic, helpful and willing to work within a team. We are a small family run business which is located near Whitehaven.

We are looking for several members of staff to join our hardworking team. Weekend availability is a necessity for this role. As well as regular availability for key seasonal holidays and dates.

Part-time and permanent roles are available with prospect for the right individual to become a front of house manager. The successful applicants will be responsible for assisting the team to provide a seamless and relaxed experience for our customers.

Duties will include:

Approaching customers in a welcoming and positive manner.
Reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences.
Ability to select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to customers.
Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons.
Maintaining a clean working environment. Removing rubbish, cleaning tables, washing tables, glasses and equipment.
Ensuring customer requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Provide a level of service that exceeds customer expectations.
