Operations Assistant - Live Seller Centre

At Glamify Fashion Online Ltd, we're a fast-growing fashion retailer bringing the latest trends to customers across the UK. As part of our continued growth, we've recently launched on the live-selling platform and are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious team member to help drive this exciting area of the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, supportive team where every member plays an important role. You'll have the chance to make a real impact, take ownership of your work, and grow with the business as we expand.

The Role

We're looking for a highly organised Operations Assistant to take ownership of our live-selling events from planning through to execution. We are looking for someone to organise inventory, pricing, labels and hosts.

This varied role combines fashion merchandising, customer engagement, and operational support. You'll be responsible for organising iventory for live sales, selecting products based on trends and customer demand, preparing stock and labels, and helping ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and organise live events from start to finish.
Select and prepare product ranges based on customer behaviour, sales performance, and current trends.
Price products and prepare stock for live shows.
Create and organise numbered labels for live sales.
Hang stock daily to make it easier for the host when presenting.
Print and prepare shipping labels following each show and coordinate handover to the warehouse team for picking and packing.
Work closely with the buying team to share sales insights and identify products for replenishment.
Support inventory management and general operational tasks as required.
Re
Contribute creative ideas for new show formats, content, and promotional activities.

About You

Passionate about fashion and up to date with current trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently while also thriving within a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail setting.
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and grow.
Learn the warehouse system and how to book stock out.

Desirable Experience.

Fashion retail experience.
Organisational/warehouse skills
Experience using Whatnot or similar live-commerce platforms would be advantageous but is not essential.
