Due to growth, we are seeking a Client Services Professional to join our team based at our Frontier Park Unit within Blackburn.

This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (the option to work from home for 2 days a week is available on completion of probation).
The role would suit a Client Services Professional/someone with experience in a similar role such as Client Coordinator who enjoys a varied role and prides themselves on building excellent relationships both internally and externally working effectively with our Operations team to fulfil client requirements and thrives in a fast-paced but a fun and friendly environment. You'll be focusing on delivering the 'best fit’ solution for our clients utilising the available resource and systems capabilities, reducing complexity and offering real added value.
The team at the site is made up of several other Client Services members. This is not a call centre role.

The role:
- Initial client point of contact on specified clients.
- To provide support to other members of the team including holiday/absence cover when required.
- Managing briefs for all campaigns and activities and implement end to end.
- To report post activity evaluation including activation and performance against SLA.
- To ensure all time specific activities are completed to deadlines.
- To have an in-depth knowledge of the clients stock holding and understand its purpose
- Communicate with other departments to manage order management, campaigns, stock queries and so on
- Carry out stock adjustments in line with audited results or agreed manual order authorisation process.
- To be the escalation point for all clients specific queries.
- Assist in the setting up and maintenance of internal systems
- Detail and prepare quotations for client specific requirements over and above contracted rates
- Regularly update senior management team with client opportunities or issues.
- Maintain internal process documentation.
- Prepare and supply all client reporting ensuring accurate and meaningful data is available in a professional and timely manner
- Preparation of monthly client invoicing for all services provided via MDA technologies
- Process client invoices on a monthly basis
- Maintain a safe working environment, observing health and safety procedures at all times. Ensure that the work area is kept clean and free from hazards and waste at all times.
- Undertake other duties as required in order to support the business in achieving excellence for all customers.
Skills:
- Highly motivated and accountable for decision making
- Detailed understanding of Staci’s services and processes (ability to demonstrate experience in a similar type of business/role)
