SALARY: Up to £34,000 Base + Monthly Bonus (OTE up to £40,000)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Over the coming months, we will also be moving into bigger, purpose-built local premises to support our continued expansion.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are now looking for a Service Advisor to support our growing JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) workshop. You will be the first point of contact for customers Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am–4:00pm.

We’re currently developing a custom CRM (with AI functionality) to make our advisors’ jobs easier.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and roadside technicians
Book in jobs, create and update workshop and mobile bookings
Prepare and issue quotes, including upselling services where appropriate
Liaise with technicians, parts and management to keep work flowing smoothly
Update the system with accurate notes, job statuses, and customer details
Provide a professional, friendly experience for every customer
Confident in sales, closing deals and chasing-up leads

Please note:

Applicants must have experience of working in the automotive sector as a Service Advisor, Aftercare Advisor, Customer Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Workshop Controller or similar to be considered for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
