Sales Advisor – Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Pendle Village, BB9 5NG
Salary: Minimum wage + uncapped commission (FT currently averages £28,000-30,000 per year)
Shifts: Daytime hours | Weekdays & weekends | In-person role

Hours Available

Part-Time: From 16 hours (3–4 days)
Full-Time: 37.5 hours (5 days)

About the Role

Join our Furniture Department as a Sales Advisor at Pendle Village. Earn minimum wage plus uncapped commission. Full-time and part-time hours available.
You will be selling Dining Furniture, Sofa, Rugs and a variety of Home Accessories.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Support

Welcome customers and offer product advice
Provide a warm, professional shopping experience
Work towards personal and team sales targets
Process orders using POS and IT systems
Keep up-to-date with product ranges

Store Operations

Maintain a clean and inspiring showroom
Move and restock furniture as needed
Support with emails, POS tickets, and basic computer tasks
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills
Confident, positive, and eager to learn
Good IT skills and fluent English
Able to manage time well and stay organised
Comfortable with the physical side of the role
Retail or sales experience is helpful but not essential
