Full job description

We are currently recruiting a Contract Planner based within the Glasgow office

Suitable candidates should be PC literate and conversant with packages such as Microsoft Word & Excel The ability to communicate effectively coupled with an excellent telephone manner is also desirable

Key accountabilities:

Raising, monitoring and recording of all purchase and hire orders and investigation of invoice queries where required

Raising quotes for parts & equipment hire

Manage open work orders

Plan all new and outstanding works for both fabric and electrical technicians

Drive SLAs / KPIs and ensure targets are achieved

Ensure productivity of technicians is maximised as per contractual targets

Assist PPM planner to arrange all compliance SLAs are achieved

Liaise with sub-contractors to manage open work orders to ensure job completion within agreed timescales & ensure systems are updated

Liaison with parts suppliers and notification of delivery issues to the FM teams

Manage equipment deliveries, returns and replacements

Managing & reporting on dashboard tiles
