Full job description

LTi Transformations , Scotland's No1 external Domestic refurbishment company is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to run an existing sales team ,( the individual must have a proven track record in managing a direct sales team).

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ideally coming from a home improvement Management background.

This is an office based role situated at our Head Office in Bathgate.

Responsibilities

Manage the day to day running of a professional sales team.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director

Qualifications

Proven experience in running a direct sales team , (ideally coming from a home improvement background) with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Proficiency in CRM software for managing client interactions and tracking sales performance.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with staff at all levels.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional leadership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £100,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
