As a Client Success Associate, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day client engagement and account support operations in Glasgow. Client Engagement & Account Support

Welcome new clients with a professional attitude and assist them through every stage of their account onboarding journey.
Keep account records, communication channels, and client-facing materials organized, updated, and accurate at all times.
Answer inquiries about company services, campaign performance, and tailored solutions with confidence and clarity.
Handle client requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care to maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.
Ensure every client who partners with us receives an exceptional, high-touch support experience.

Daily Operations & Workflow Coordination

Help prepare account documentation, campaign summaries, and onboarding materials for smooth daily client operations.
Review, track, and update client logs, service requests, and project deliverables as needed.
Maintain accurate records of account performance, active campaigns, and ongoing client feedback.
Follow all company quality standards and professional guidelines across all client communications.
Pitch in with administrative and campaign support tasks whenever needed to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning

Work closely with your colleagues and account leads to hit daily operational targets and retention goals.
Jump in to support team members across different client accounts during peak operational hours.
Attend regular catch-ups, account strategy briefings, and hands-on professional development sessions.
Share practical ideas with team leads on how we can improve our client service workflows and satisfaction metrics.

What We're Looking For

A positive, solutions-focused attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for supporting clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable building relationships with diverse client partners.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Ability to work well on your own initiative as well as part of a close-knit account team.
Flexibility to manage varied daily schedules across standard business operating hours.
