About The Role

Job Role – Maintainance Assistant

Salary – £14.11 per hour

Location – BCA Measham

Working Hours – Monday to Friday 7am-4pm

Type of Employment – Permanent

Main purpose of the role

Working as a part of a small (but growing) team, this busy role is to ensure that this premier auction site offers a clean, safe and maintained environment to staff, contactors and the public.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Adhoc maintenance jobs – minor repairs etc.

Ability to carry of facilities duties – painting etc.

Manual handling.

General site cleaning / clearing.

Diving site maintenance vehicles.

Ground maintenance.

To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:

Full Driving Licence

Experience / Interest in maintenance and facilities.

Physically fit and used to working outdoors.
