Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Location: Glossop

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 37 Hours Per Week

Working Hours

Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Tuesday: Non-Working Day
Wednesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

Sales & Lettings NegotiatorJob Summary

A Sales & Lettings Negotiator is responsible for generating property sales and lettings, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and providing excellent customer service to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The role involves building client relationships, meeting targets, and ensuring a smooth property transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

Register and qualify buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Generate new business through prospecting and networking.
Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants.
Match suitable properties to customer requirements.
Landlord & Vendor reviews
Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and company procedures.
Update property listings and customer records on the CRM system.
Achieve agreed sales, lettings, and customer service targets.

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service abilities.
Confident and professional manner.
Ability to work towards targets and deadlines.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the property market is desirable.
Competent IT and CRM system skills.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
