Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Server, Bartender, and Kitchen Assistant, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this multifaceted role, you will deliver exceptional guest service, craft delicious beverages, and support food preparation and kitchen operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will ensure smooth service flow, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems; upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Support kitchen staff by organizing supplies, restocking stations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
Manage guest inquiries promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure overall satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and kitchen spaces in compliance with health regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques and bar operations; experience with cocktail mixing is a plus
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs
Experience with food preparation or culinary tasks is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively
Excellent guest service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
