Join Potentia Engineering, a specialist solar PV and renewables engineering firm, as we expand our installation team. We are looking for a versatile electrotechnical professional at NVQ Level 3 who takes pride in their craft and shares our commitment to first-class customer service.

About the Role

You will install solar PV systems across a varied portfolio of commercial and domestic projects throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding region. Every installation is engineered in-house to BS 7671 and the relevant IET Codes of Practice, so you will be working with properly designed systems backed by chartered engineering oversight, not figuring it out on the roof.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

NVQ Level 3 in an electrotechnical discipline
Confident with hand tools and 18V cordless tools
Full UK driving licence
A genuine commitment to customer service and workmanship

Preferred:

City and Guilds Level 3 electrical qualification
Solar PV installation experience
Working at height certification (we can support this if not held)

The Package

Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum, negotiable on experience
Annual performance bonus
