Job Title: SIA Licensed Door Supervisor
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Company: T3 Security

Since forming in 2012, T3 Security has grown to become one of the largest security companies in the North East. We work with a wide range of blue-chip clients across multiple industries and are now looking to expand our team.

We are currently recruiting SIA Licensed Door Supervisors to work in high-profile, busy venues and national chain locations in Newcastle. Whether you’re starting out in the industry or ready to take the next step in your security career, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

You must:

Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence
Be available to work weekends (Fridays & Saturdays)
Have a smart presentable appearance
Be able to communicate efficiently (verbally and in writing in English)

We’re seeking individuals who are:

Approachable, professional, and customer-focused
Energetic, proactive, and reliable
Organised and able to work under pressure
Team players with strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming customers on arrival
Conducting ID checks and searches
Monitoring entrances, exits, and fire exits
Maintaining crowd control and ensuring venue safety
