As a Customer Success Team Manager, you’ll lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while also taking ownership of several strategic client accounts. This dual-focus role is ideal for someone who thrives on people development and client engagement, with a passion for customer experience and relationship management.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to ensure your team delivers outstanding results, maintains high morale, and that your strategic accounts receive exceptional service and value.

Welcome to a role where you’ll shape careers and drive strategic success. As a Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of professionals and managing a portfolio of high-value client accounts.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support.
Identify training needs and coordinate development plans to upskill team members.
Manage account allocation and performance reviews.
Champion employee engagement and wellbeing within your team.

Strategic Account Management

Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key strategic accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple regions.
Ensure service delivery exceeds contractual obligations and client expectations.
Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive growth and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with thebigword’s capabilities.
Monitor account performance, revenue, and profitability, and report regularly to leadership.
Support contract renewals, re-bids, and strategic planning initiatives.
