We are looking for talented individuals to join our Customer Relations team as a Repairs Customer Service Representative at our Braintree site.

Safran Aerosystems is one of the world leaders in aviation systems dedicated to aircraft and helicopter safety, as well as fluid and fuel management. The company is a key player in the field of flight safety (oxygen, evacuation, floatation) and participates in the decarbonization of aviation through enabling sustainable alternative fuels and new engine architectures.

Your Role:

As a Repairs Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer repair orders from receipt through to invoicing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and compliance with contractual requirements. Acting as the primary link between customers and internal teams, you will coordinate order execution, provide proactive communication, and help deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the repair process.

Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in aerospace customer support and aftermarket services. While previous experience in aviation, aerospace, aftermarket support, or customer service is advantageous, we also welcome applications from motivated individuals at the start of their careers who demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage repair orders from receipt through to invoicing, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
Act as the primary customer contact, providing quotations, repair updates, documentation, and proactive communication throughout the repair process.
Process orders, quotations, warranties, invoices, and repair reports within the ERP system.
Monitor commercial performance, including margins, and escalate issues where required.
Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Production/MRO, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time order execution.
Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

Experience in customer service, sales administration, order management, or aftermarket support.
A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
High attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer orders and documentation.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
Previous experience in an aerospace, manufacturing, or MRO environment is desirable but not essential.
