Full job description

Here at Riverside, we’re on the hunt for another receptionist to join our friendly office team. Due to the expansion of the Park’s head office, we now have another part time receptionist position available. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and be a team player.

Duties will include:

- Assisting customers at our main Reception Desk.

- Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings via phone and email.

- Processing payments.

- Answering emails.

- Taking down information quickly and accurately.

- Operating our park database to create new bookings and amend existing ones.

- Working with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure the day to day operating of the park runs smoothly.

Experience is essential. What we’re looking for is someone with exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail. An upbeat can do attitude, is also a must as you’ll be the first face our customers meet when they arrive on the park.

Please note this position is weekend saturday and sunday , bank holiday and school holidays shifts and holiday cover due to the nature of the business.
