Full job description

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Instanta is an international coffee manufacturer with more than 20 years of experience, supplying private-label and B2B customers across global markets. The Group produces a wide range of instant, roasted and speciality coffee products for leading retailers, distributors and foodservice partners.

As part of the launch and development of our newly established UK operation in Redditch, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven person to develop Instanta’s presence in the UK market.

Your role

You will be responsible for building and developing Instanta’s sales in the United Kingdom, with a particular focus on retailers, wholesalers, distributors, foodservice customers and private-label opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

identifying and acquiring new B2B customers in the UK;
developing long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors and foodservice partners;
actively managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and contract conclusion;
identifying private-label and tailored product opportunities;
preparing commercial proposals and negotiating prices and cooperation terms;
analysing the UK coffee market, customer needs and competitor activity;
coordinating customer projects with production, quality, logistics and the Group’s central teams;
representing Instanta during customer meetings, industry events and trade fairs;
supporting the development and execution of Instanta’s UK commercial strategy.

What we are looking for

proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the UK market;
strong knowledge of the UK retail, wholesale, distribution or foodservice sectors;
experience in coffee, FMCG, food, beverages or private-label products will be a significant advantage;
a strong network of commercial contacts within the UK market will be highly valued;
excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
a proactive, independent and results-oriented approach;
strong commercial judgement and the ability to develop business from an early stage;
willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally;
full professional fluency in English;
good working knowledge of MS Office and sales management tools;
the right to work in the United Kingdom.
