Client Experience Supervisor

Wellbeing Medical Group

Location: London Bridge, London
Job Type: Full-Time, Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

About the Role

Wellbeing Medical Group is seeking an organised, proactive, and patient-focused Client Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a varied role that combines client care, operational oversight, stock management, and team support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while supporting both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct telephone-based health assessments with clients in a professional and compassionate manner.
Manage and coordinate client journeys from initial enquiry through to treatment and follow-up.
Oversee stock management, inventory control, and procurement of clinical supplies.
Support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure high service standards are maintained.
Work closely with clinicians, management, and support staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
Assist with team supervision, guidance, and workflow management.
Monitor administrative processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, or team supervision.
Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Confident using computers, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office, and digital systems.
Experience with stock management, procurement, or inventory control is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy with confidence using a range of digital systems and devices.
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50–60 WPM preferred) with strong attention to detail.
Confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to quickly learn new software systems and platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or healthcare is desirable.
