We are looking for an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to join our team in Dumfries. As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring it runs efficiently and profitability whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of Tyre Technicians and support and train staff, manage stock levels, and maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspire, motivate and manage a team to deliver outstanding performance
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including job scheduling, stock control and equipment maintenance
Drive sales, maintain and ensure high standards of customer service within the depot, addressing queries and addressing issues promptly
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and UK Health & Safety Regulations
Monitor budgets, control costs and strive to achieve depot performance targets
Provide regular updates on depot to senior management

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

At least 2 years Management Experience, preferably in the automotive or tyre fitting industry, however applications from individuals who are looking for the next step in their management career will also be considered
A proven ability to Lead and Motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong Customer Service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Commercial Awareness to understand budgets, stock control and operational performance metrics
Excellent Time Management and Problem-Solving Abilities
