Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper/Administrator to manage financial records and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a keen eye for accuracy. This role is vital in ensuring smooth financial operations and supporting the administrative functions of our organization.

Duties

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly entered into the system.
Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
Support administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles within a professional setting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and clients.
Prior experience in administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
