Internal Talent Manager

About the Role

At ResQ, we believe talent has the power to transform teams and drive business success. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Internal Talent Manager to lead our internal recruitment and talent development agenda.

This is a pivotal role responsible for building a future-ready workforce, enabling internal mobility, and developing leadership pipelines that support long-term growth.

You will go beyond traditional recruitment, focusing on unlocking potential, building networks, and creating meaningful career opportunities across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Succession Planning & Workforce Planning

Lead organisation-wide Succession Planning activity, ensuring strong pipelines for critical roles
Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business growth objectives
Facilitate Career Conversations and provide insight into internal talent movement and progression

Strategic Talent Acquisition

Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all non-contact centre agent roles, from entry-level to senior leadership
Utilise direct sourcing, headhunting, and networking to attract high-calibre talent
Deliver a high-quality, inclusive recruitment process

Internal Mobility & Talent Development

Design and implement strategies to maximise internal progression and retention
Build and manage talent pipelines and high-potential programmes
Create structured career pathways aligned to business needs

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders
Influence hiring and talent decisions through data and insight
Promote best practice in recruitment and talent development

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and develop a high-performing Internal Talent function
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Data, Insight & Commercial Value

Use data and analytics to drive decision-making
Measure and improve the effectiveness of talent initiatives
Deliver tangible business value, including cost efficiencies and improved retention

About You

Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR leadership roles
Proven success in delivering strategic talent initiatives and programmes
Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle across multiple levels
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing ability
Data-driven, commercially aware, and outcome-focused
Passion for creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces
Ability to work across all ResQ locations – own transport required
