One Two Three Dental is Guiseley’s Boutique Dental practice delivering fantastic dental care in our beautiful spa-like premises. We work on the principles of honest, caring and quality patient care, we now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join our dynamic, growing front of house team

This permanent position is ideally suited to someone who wants to advance their career in a busy and supportive workplace.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will benefit from working collaboratively with our brilliant and talented experts and have excellent development and opportunities for you to progress and develop.

The Role:

You will be the first point of contact for all the patients either via the phone or face to face. You will be taking them through their journey delivering a first-class customer service experience both face to face and over the telephone.

You will be responsible for efficiently managing the appointment diaries and answering/directing calls alongside a variety of administrative and financial tasks.

You will be responsible for scheduling and booking new patient appointments and following up new leads and updating trackers.

You will support with marketing initiatives, including content creation for social media platforms.
