Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Living Wall & Plant Specialist to join our growing team, maintaining and enhancing some of London's most prestigious living walls, interior planting displays, and exterior planter installations.

The successful candidate will have a strong horticultural background and hands-on experience with living wall systems, interior plant maintenance, irrigation systems, and high-end exterior planting schemes. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for creating and maintaining outstanding green environments.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of high-end living wall installations across Central London.
Care and maintenance of premium interior planting displays.
Management and upkeep of external planter schemes and roof terrace planting.
Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving plant health issues.
Inspection and adjustment of irrigation systems.
Pruning, feeding, cleaning, and replacement planting where required.
Ensuring all sites are maintained to the highest standard.
Providing excellent customer service when liaising with clients and site teams.
Completing service reports and communicating maintenance requirements.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience working with living walls and interior planting schemes.
Strong horticultural knowledge and plant identification skills.
Experience maintaining both interior and exterior planting installations.
Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant nutrition.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
