Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our vibrant team! As a Florist, you will bring beauty and joy to our customers by designing stunning floral arrangements for various occasions. Your expertise in floral artistry, combined with excellent communication skills and a flair for organization, will ensure every bouquet and centerpiece exceeds expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your horticultural knowledge and artistic talent in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Duties

Create beautiful floral arrangements tailored to customer specifications and occasion requirements
Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories to match their needs and preferences
Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers by proper handling, storage, and rotation
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and organize stock displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth store operations
Support merchandising efforts by designing attractive displays that highlight seasonal themes and promotions

Requirements

Proven experience as a Florist or in floral design preferred; strong gardening or horticulture background a plus
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of floral arrangements, plant care, and merchandising techniques
Passion for gardening, horticulture, and creating visually stunning displays
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
