Full job description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to lead the implementation, administration, support and ongoing optimization of our CRM platform. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and business collaboration, ensuring that CRM systems effectively support organizational goals and drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability
Lead CRM implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
Collaborate closely with Technology and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
Design and manage data models, workflows, automation rules, and user roles/permissions
Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across CRM systems
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business insights and strategic decisions
Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Manage integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems using APIs and integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit)
Support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues, providing timely resolution and user support
Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices
Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and emerging technologies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM implementation, administration, and management
Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar programming languages
Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-based environments
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data architecture
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with integration tools such as Jitterbit (or equivalent)
Strong data analytics and reporting skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Preferred Skills

Experience with ETL processes and tools
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
CRM certifications (preferred but not required)

Soft Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system efficiency
Proactive and self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset

Working Relationships

Collaborate closely with Technology teams for system architecture and integrations
Partner with Business teams to align CRM capabilities with operational needs
Support end-users across departments to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness
