Aesthetic By Maria is a CQC-registered, premier aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness clinic located in the heart of High Street Kensington.

We combine advanced aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness therapies, women’s health services, blood testing, IV therapies, and cutting-edge technologies within a regulated medical environment, delivering comprehensive, patient-centred treatment plans that support both health and aesthetic outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are expanding our clinical team and seeking an experienced Advanced Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse to join our clinic on a self-employed, commission-based basis.

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate professional with strong clinical experience in:

IV therapy and vitamin infusions
Botox (anti-wrinkle injections)
Dermal fillers (facial harmonisation and contouring)
Microneedling and skin rejuvenation treatments
Advanced aesthetic treatments and skin therapies
Patient health assessments and wellness protocols
Regenerative and preventative medicine
Blood testing and diagnostics
Patient consultations and treatment planning
Health optimisation and longevity-focused care

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments
Deliver IV therapies and wellness treatments safely and effectively
Perform aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice (including injectables where qualified)
Develop personalised treatment plans combining aesthetics and wellness
Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support preventative health and regenerative medicine programmes
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team
Maintain the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism

Requirements

Registered Nurse (NMC Registered)
Valid professional indemnity insurance
Proven experience in IV therapy and wellness treatments
Strong background in advanced aesthetics (including injectables preferred)
Competence in Botox, dermal fillers, and microneedling (or willingness to further develop within scope)
Excellent knowledge of patient assessment and clinical protocols
Experience in private practice or aesthetic medicine is highly desirable
Outstanding communication and patient relationship skills

You must also:

Operate on a self-employed basis
Be comfortable working within a CQC-regulated environment
Be confident discussing treatment plans and wellness strategies with patients
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Be open to participating in educational content, videos, and social media initiatives that support patient education and clinic growth
Maintain a professional, patient-first approach at all times
