Self employed freelance Lettings & Property Manager (Part-Time / Flexible)

North-West London

£2,000/month retainer + lettings bonuses
Must have own transport

LRS Residential is a London-based lettings and property management company managing approximately 100 residential units across London.

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Lettings & Property Manager to cover maternity leave for approximately 5 months from August 2026, with the potential for the role to evolve into a longer-term flexible position.

This role would suit someone with previous London agency experience who is looking for flexibility and autonomy while remaining highly responsive and organised.

The Role

The primary objective is to respond quickly to enquiries, convert demand into tenancies, and manage the portfolio efficiently.

This is an interruption-based role where responsiveness and communication are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Lettings
Respond to enquiries quickly (typically within 30–60 minutes)
Organise and attend property viewings
Follow up with applicants
Assess applicant suitability
Progress tenancies through CRM systems (Arthur Online)
Property Management
Handle tenant queries
Coordinate maintenance using existing contractors
Track compliance requirements (Gas Safety, EICR etc.)
Chase rents and manage day-to-day administration

Working Style

Approx. 20 hours per week

Flexible schedule, but applicant and tenant demand takes priority

Some evening/weekend viewings required

Hybrid/mobile working depending on appointments

Compensation

£2,000/month retainer

Additional hours paid only if workload consistently exceeds expectations

Lettings bonuses:

£150 if a property is let within 7 days

£100 within 14 days

£50 thereafter

Candidate Profile

Previous experience in London lettings/property management essential

Strong communicator who is responsive and organised

Must be based in North-West London

Must have own transport and be willing to travel across London

Pay: £2,000.00 per month
