Registered Manager (Step‑Up Opportunity) – Therapeutic Children’s Home

Location: Wembley, London
Salary: £48,000–£58,000 + bonuses
Home Type: 3‑bed EBD Therapeutic Home
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent

We are opening a new 3‑bed therapeutic EBD children’s home in Wembley and are looking for a strong, ambitious Deputy Manager who is ready to step up into their first Registered Manager role. You’ll be fully supported by an experienced senior leadership team as you take this next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily running of a therapeutic EBD home
Support, develop and supervise the staff team
Ensure high‑quality care, safeguarding and compliance
Work closely with external professionals and prepare for Ofsted
Oversee care planning, risk management and operational systems

Requirements

At least two years experience as a Deputy Manager in a children’s residential home
Strong understanding of trauma‑informed and therapeutic practice
Confident leader with excellent safeguarding knowledge
Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards)
