Administrator

Celestial Windows & Conservatories Ltd
Riverside Park Industrial Estate, Middlesbrough

Position: Administrator
Location: Riverside Park Industrial Estate, Middlesbrough
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (subject to probation period)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: Dependant on experience

About Us

Celestial Windows & Conservatories Ltd is a well-established home improvement company dedicated to providing outstanding products and customer service. We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Administrator to join our friendly team and support the day-to-day running of our busy office.

Key Responsibilities

Creating and updating customer contracts and works orders within our CRM system.
General office administration, answering customer communications, filing and data entry.
Acting as the first point of contact for telephone and web enquiries.
Contacting customers to arrange appointments and provide updates on the progress of their works.
Managing and responding to the sales email inbox.
Coordinating staff diaries and schedules.
Providing administrative support across the business as required.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong IT and computer skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
A professional and confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.

Desirable Skills

Experience using CRM systems.
Basic bookkeeping experience.
Customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment.
