Full job description

Do you have a passion for people and service?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team on our busy Hotel reception.

A helpful, warm personality and a talent for customer service is essential for this role.

Duties include:

Welcome all Guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Answer telephone calls
Process payments accurately
Ability to work closely with all departments
Administration of daily tasks
Upselling of the Lifehouse facilities and services.

The ideal candidate must be outgoing, positive, an excellent team player and possess the following skills:

A pleasant, approachable, warm and welcoming personality
A willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure
A flexible and self-motivated approach.
Hospitality experience is preferred
Able to work shifts including weekends, early mornings and evenings
Fluent in spoken English
Have a legal right to work in the UK

This role is 40 hours a week, over 5 days, including Weekends. Shifts are on a rota basis with an earliest start of 7am and a latest finish of 9.30pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,437.00 per year
