The Role: Complex Care Support Worker
Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour, increasing to £14.50 per hour once competent.
Location: NG11, Nottingham

Contract Type: Permanent, with immediate start available.
We offer the below contract options:
16 hours per week

Shift Pattern (This will include both below shift times):

Days: 6:00AM-10:00AM (4 times per week)

DBS: Preferred / update service desirable
Driver with access to a vehicle: Preferred

It's important to note that we recruit with a person-centred approach, meaning successful candidates will primarily work on one of our packages based in a single location. However, there is also the potential to work across various packages within the area.

· You will be supporting a young adult with their daily routines, providing compassionate and person-centred support.

· They spend a lot of time in bed due to a chronic sleep disorder and fibromyalgia, so emotional wellbeing and mental health support are an important part of this role.

· Their family, rabbits, religion, and gaming are all important to them.

· A big part of this role is building a positive, trusting relationship, getting to know the person, and understanding their needs and preferences.

· You will play an important role in supporting them to achieve the best possible quality of life by providing compassionate, person-centred care. They are very much looking forward to meeting their new support worker.

Training:
