Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Cafe Team Member to join our team.

This is a varied role and not just a front-of-house position. You will help with all areas of the cafe, including the kitchen, serving customers and general cleaning duties.

Duties will include:

Serving customers and using the till
Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
Preparing simple food such as toast and other cafe items
Helping in the kitchen
Washing up and keeping the kitchen clean
Clearing and cleaning tables
Keeping the cafe clean, tidy and well stocked
Helping with all general duties as needed

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and approachable
Reliable and punctual
Happy to work as part of a team
Comfortable helping with both kitchen and front-of-house duties
Able to work in a busy cafe environment

Previous cafe, kitchen or waitress/waiter experience would be helpful, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
