We are looking for a Flexi‑Bank Reservations Advisor to join our Reservations Team, working flexibly as an ambassador for our Patient Administration Service. This role plays a vital part in delivering a high‑quality, patient‑centred booking and administration service across clinics, ACU and theatres.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced customer service or contact centre environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to patients.

About the role

Promote and consistently deliver the highest standards of customer service.
Provide a comprehensive reservations and administration service, including appointment booking for clinics, ACU and theatre.
Process patient referrals accurately and efficiently, ensuring all bookings align with relevant guidelines.
Communicate with patients in a clear, positive and professional manner to facilitate timely conversion to consultations, tests or procedures.
Work in line with contact centre service standards, service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Work effectively both independently and as part of the wider reservations team.

Skills and experience required

Essential
- Experience working within a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient‑focused approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, pragmatic and approachable outlook.
- Results‑driven with high levels of initiative and determination.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritise conflicting workloads effectively.
- Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems.
Desirable
- Experience working in healthcare.
- A basic understanding of medical terminology (training can be provided).
