Sales Administrator - Motor Trade

The Role

Process vehicle sales orders accurately from order to delivery
Ensure all documentation meets FCA, DVLA, and manufacturer requirements
Manage registrations, invoicing, and deal files
Liaise with finance companies, sales teams, and customers
Maintain accurate records on internal systems
Support audits and ensure full compliance
Handle customer queries and track order progress

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Sales Administrator within the motor trade
Strong understanding of vehicle sales processes, registrations, and compliance
Experience using dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge, CDK, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments and with customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Desirable

FCA compliance knowledge and experience with regulated finance products
Experience with both new and used vehicle sales
Familiarity with manufacturer standards and audit processes
