An exciting new opportunity has arisen: Milford Care are looking for a permanent, part-time Coordinator to join our fantastic, hard-working team at Ladywell Views (next to Spencer Grove care home).
Our Lady Well Views Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, resident services, activities, and administrative functions of our independent living community. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, families, vendors, and staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.
The Coordinator works collaboratively with management, healthcare providers, community partners, and support staff to ensure resident needs are met while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulations.
Details of this Coordinator position and what we are offering:
· A permanent, part-time contract, working Monday-Friday (occasional evening/weekend working may be required to support resident and relative events)
· Pay Rate of £14.06 per hour

Purpose of Position
- Be the first port of call to anyone contacting the Ladywell Views
- Be friendly and approachable to all residents, relatives and staff
- Manage all aspects of Administration functions.
KEY DUTIES
- Serve as the primary liaison between residents, families, and facility management.
- Welcome and orient new residents to the community.
- Address resident concerns, questions, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive community atmosphere that supports resident independence and well-being.
- Conduct regular resident check-ins and satisfaction surveys.
- Coordinate transportation and community outings as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor common areas and community amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate vendor services and deliveries as required.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and communication materials.
- Assist with occupancy management, resident move-ins, and move-outs.
- Support budgeting and purchasing processes as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and organisational information.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Assist with emergency preparedness planning and response procedures.
- Report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns promptly.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with facility staff, service providers, and community partners.
- Participate in staff meetings and training programs.
- Support organizational goals and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For In a Coordinator:
· Someone who can be the face of Ladywell Views and greet all residents, relatives, visitors and staff in a friendly, warm and professional manner
· Someone who can deal with conflict in a calm, cool manner and escalate when necessary
· Someone with excellent organisational skills and able to manage multiple tasks
· Someone who is confident in their communication with residents, staff and relatives, and visitors and visiting professionals
· Someone who is able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
· Someone with excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· You will be compassionate and respectful and able to build relationships with colleagues and those that we care for
