Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical projects, supervising a team of electricians, and ensuring all work complies with safety standards and technical specifications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead complex electrical tasks and contribute to the successful delivery of projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation on a commercial site.
Lead and manage a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Plan and schedule electrical tasks using 4P or similar project management tools.
Manage the QA input on our clients software
Monitor progress of electrical projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication regarding project requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of work activities, safety reports, and project updates.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising electrical teams within construction environments.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in 4P or comparable project scheduling software.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and safety compliance.
Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or equivalent recognised certification. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in electrical supervision while ensuring high standards of safety and quality across all projects undertaken.

Pay: From £24.00 per hour
