We're looking for a Retail & Events Assistant to support the delivery of customer-focused campaigns for a range of well-known client brands. Combining retail, customer service and events, this role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience while developing valuable skills that can support a long-term career.

You'll join a supportive team where learning is encouraged, achievements are recognised and progression is based on your development and performance.

The Role

As a Retail & Events Assistant, you'll help create engaging customer experiences while supporting the successful delivery of promotional campaigns and events.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering friendly, professional customer service
Supporting promotional events and retail campaigns
Engaging with customers and answering questions about products and services
Building positive relationships and creating memorable customer experiences
Representing client brands to a high standard
Working closely with colleagues to ensure campaigns run smoothly
Developing your communication, customer service and commercial skills through ongoing training

This is a varied role where you'll meet new people, build confidence and gain experience across both retail and events.
