Job Title

LMS Client Onboarding Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused LMS Client Onboarding Executive to manage the successful onboarding of new clients onto our Learning Management System (LMS). You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth implementation process, guiding clients through platform setup, providing training, and building strong relationships to help customers achieve success from day one.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new LMS clients.
Act as the primary point of contact during implementation.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client learning objectives, organisational structure, and training requirements.
Configure LMS accounts, user roles, permissions, and learning pathways according to client needs.
Coordinate data imports, including users, courses, and learning records where applicable.
Deliver virtual onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and administrator training.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Product to ensure successful deployments.
Monitor onboarding progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
Troubleshoot basic platform issues and escalate technical problems when required.
Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and customer records.

Skills & Experience

Essential

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Experience in customer onboarding, implementation, account management, or customer success.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Confident delivering online training sessions and presentations.
Experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

Desirable

Previous experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of online learning, e-learning, or corporate training environments.
Experience with data migration and system configuration.
