About the role
As an Area Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting coastal communities across the North of England, delivering both direct client support and leading local service development. You’ll manage a small team, build strong partnerships with community organisations, and ensure individuals receive the right support through a mix of in-person and digital engagement. This varied role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
About You
You are a compassionate, proactive, and adaptable individual who is motivated by making a positive difference in people’s lives. With strong communication and organisational skills, you feel confident supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, both in person and through digital channels.

With a good understanding of community engagement and an interest in fundraising, you are enthusiastic about developing local initiatives that raise awareness and inspire support for the organisation’s work.
