Opportunity at RRG Toyota Silsden – Toyota Trainee Customer Consultant (TCC)
Salary £20,800.00 - £25,396.80 (Based on a 40 hour working week and age)
Driving license is essential for this position

Toyota Trainee Customer Consultant (TCC), you’ll play an important role in guiding customers through every stage of their vehicle ownership journey. You’ll help create exceptional experiences while developing valuable skills within the automotive industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering outstanding customer service
Building strong relationships with customers
Working collaboratively with a supportive team
Understanding and anticipating customer needs
Assisting customers from initial enquiry and test drives through to post-purchase support
Learning about Toyota and Lexus products, services, and technologies
Upholding the high standards and brand values of Toyota and Lexus
Participating in training programmes at world-class facilities to develop your professional skills
