Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our 5 star lodges, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in the lodges, including kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and outside decking.
Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and responsibly.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by following established cleaning protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and feedback promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong customer service skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles, due to location of park.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and initiative.
