The Role

Salary: From £35,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Laser and Aesthetic Therapist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is confident performing advanced skin treatments, passionate about achieving exceptional client outcomes and committed to building long-term client relationships.

You'll thrive in this role if you genuinely love skin and are dedicated to continually expanding your knowledge. You enjoy creating personalised treatment journeys rather than delivering the same treatment every day and you understand that tailored homecare recommendations and comprehensive treatment plans are just as important as the treatments themselves. You take pride in providing outstanding client care, building trust through every interaction and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.

Our treatments include, but are not limited to:

Bespoke Skin treatments
Microneedling
Laser Treatments
Chemical Peels
LED Therapy
Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Treatments

What We are Looking For

Minimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic or luxury skincare environment
Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Confident recommending treatment plans and homecare
Professional, organised and client-focused
Positive team player with a genuine passion for skin health
A refined touch and experience in manual face and body treatment techniques, including facial sculpting and lymphatic drainage, with the ability to create a deeply personalised and exceptional client experience.

Working Hours

The clinic operates 7 days a week. Full-time therapists work a non-consecutive 4-day shift pattern (40 hours per week), including weekends on a rota basis.
