£27,378–£29,406 per year, depending on experience
39 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Based in Winford, BS40

Please note: Public transport to our location is very limited, so you'll need your own reliable transport to get to and from work.

House of Amor is a growing UK beauty brand specialising in at-home lashes, press-on nails and beauty products.

We're a small team of nine, so teamwork, communication and a willingness to get involved are really important to us. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we work closely together and all play a part in what we're building.

We're looking for a Community & Customer Relations Coordinator to join us. This is a varied role combining customer service, community management, CRM and affiliates, with opportunities to get involved across the wider brand.

You'll be one of the main voices of House of Amor, looking after our customers & creators, building relationships with our community and helping turn customers and creators into genuine brand advocates.

The Role

Customer Experience

Customer service will be the main part of your role. You'll manage our day-to-day customer interactions across email, social media and TikTok Shop, including:

Responding to customer emails, DMs and comments
Managing returns, refunds and order queries
Resolving customer issues in a warm and professional way
Sharing feedback and identifying ways we can improve the customer experience

Community & Social

You'll help us build a loyal and engaged community around House of Amor by:

Engaging with comments, DMs, tags and mentions
Building genuine relationships with our customers
Encouraging reviews, UGC and customer advocacy
Spotting customer stories, feedback and opportunities we can use within our marketing
Supporting social content, TikTok Lives, events and community-led campaigns

Creators & Affiliates

Working closely with our Marketing Team, you'll also help grow our creator and affiliate community by:

Looking after existing affiliates
Finding and reaching out to new creators and affiliates
Supporting creator relationships and our affiliate programme
Managing product sampling and gifting

Working in a small business means we all muck in. You'll have opportunities to get involved with product development, launches, events, pop-ups, social content and live streams. These aren't separate jobs you'll be expected to manage; they're opportunities to be part of what's happening across the business.

We're a hands-on team, particularly around launches, events and busy periods. You need to be happy to jump in where needed, whether that's preparing products for an event, organising stock, helping in the warehouse, keeping shared spaces clean and tidy or lending an extra pair of hands to the team.

At the same time, you'll need to be confident working independently, taking ownership of your responsibilities and managing your own workload.

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in customer service, community management, social media or a similar role
A confident and excellent written communicator
Warm, personable and genuinely enjoys helping people
Organised, proactive and able to manage their own workload
Comfortable with social media and digital platforms
Interested in beauty, creators, influencers and affiliates
Comfortable getting involved with social content and TikTok Lives
A team player

Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliates, influencer marketing or CRM would be a bonus, but isn't essential.

More than anything, we're looking for someone who's great with people, proactive, commercially minded and excited to become part of a growing brand.
